Project Overview

CLAN Developers is a growing real estate company managing a portfolio of residential and commercial properties across multiple cities. They needed a single platform to replace fragmented spreadsheets, siloed email threads, and three disconnected legacy tools — so their agents, managers, and finance team could all work from one source of truth.

The Challenge

The core problem was data fragmentation. Leads came in from web forms, WhatsApp, and referrals — and were tracked in separate Excel files by individual agents. Property listings lived in one system, invoices in another, and agent performance was never measured systematically. Management had no real-time visibility into the pipeline, and deal closures were delayed because handoffs between departments were manual and error-prone.

Our Solution

We designed and built a comprehensive Property ERP from scratch. The system unified lead capture with automated assignment rules, a structured property inventory with status tracking (Available, Reserved, Sold), a CRM module for client communication history, and an invoicing engine that auto-generated PDFs on deal closure. Role-based dashboards gave agents, managers, and executives different views of the same live data.
