Project Overview

Osmosis is an international education platform that recruits and manages a global network of education agents who refer students to partner universities. They needed a high-converting marketing website to attract agents worldwide and a dedicated agent portal where registered partners could track their referrals, view commissions, and access university materials — all with a polished, professional brand experience.

The Challenge

Osmosis was managing agent relationships through email chains and spreadsheets. Agents had no centralized place to check the status of their referred students, view their earnings, or download university marketing materials. The existing website was generic and failed to communicate Osmosis's value proposition to education agents — leading to poor sign-up rates and high drop-off during onboarding.

Our Solution

We designed and built a conversion-optimized multi-page marketing site with animated sections, a clear value proposition, and a streamlined agent registration flow. Behind the login, we built a full agent portal: a referral pipeline tracker, commission dashboard with monthly earnings breakdown, a document library of university brochures and visa guides, and a notification center for student status updates.
