Project Overview
Ummah International Colleges operates multiple campuses offering diverse academic programs. With a rapidly growing student body, their administrative processes — enrollment, attendance, grading, fee collection, and parent communication — were all managed through Excel files and manual phone calls. They needed a modern, integrated ERP system accessible on both web and mobile.
The Challenge
Managing thousands of students across multiple campuses without a central system meant constant data entry errors, missed fee payments, and frustrated parents who had no visibility into their child's performance. Faculty spent more time on paperwork than teaching. The administration had no way to generate reliable reports quickly — every report was a multi-day effort involving multiple people.
Our Solution
We delivered a full-stack Education ERP with a web-based admin portal and a React Native mobile app for students and parents. The system handled the complete student lifecycle: admissions, enrollment, class scheduling, digital attendance (with SMS alerts to parents), online grade submission, fee management with online payment, and a parent-facing app for real-time academic updates.

How We Built It
System Design
Weeks 1–2Designed the multi-campus architecture. Held workshops with admin, faculty, and parents to capture every workflow requirement across the institution.

Weeks 3–8Built student profiles, the enrollment engine, class scheduling system, and digital attendance with real-time SMS notifications to parents.
Grades & Fee Management
Weeks 9–12Delivered the grade submission portal, automated PDF report card generation, and the full fee management system with online Stripe payment integration.
Parent Mobile App
